Faulty Connector
If a station reports a connector as faulted a notification will be triggered. A connector fault is a clear indication of a potential issue for both OCPP 1.6 and 2.0.1 charging stations.
Offline Station
If a station goes offline for 30 minutes or more a notification will be triggered. A 30 minute threshold is set to prevent a spamming of notifications when a station disconnects and reconnects temporarily.
Notifications can be enabled here in the account settings area. Enabling a notification type will enable both in-app and email notifications. Emails will be sent to the email address you registered with the Switch Platform.
