Export Charging Station data

The charging station data for a specific network can be exported to a CSV file with one click. Just head to the stations page and select the download button in the top right to download a file of all charging stations in the network.

Export Charging Session data

Charging session data can be filtered and exported to a CSV file on the sessions page. Just select a timeframe using the tool on the top of the graphs, then select “Download CSV” below to download a CSV file of all charging sessions for the selected time period.

Export data with the API

All data you see in the Switch Platform can be accessed by API and exported to external systems. This is explained more fully in the Switch API guide.

Monthly session reports

Head to the Sessions tab → Reporting to see a list of reports by month

These reports include all charging sessions and associated data about the charging station, driver tariff, and more. The resulting file is a complete summary of charging session activity which can be adapted for your external reporting needs. The “Get report” button will download the report to a CSV file.

Select “Create custom report” to choose a custom date range and exclude sessions with missing data.
